涉及到有豁免复函的放射源设备的使用，是否可以无需填写环评登记表或另外编制环评文件？

详细问题：因本公司在实验过程中会使用到X射线设备，经核对管理名录，涉及172核技术利用建设项目中使用三类射线装置的，应填写环评登记表；但目前该设备已取得上海市生态环境局豁免管理复函，对该设备的使用可实现豁免管理。那么，我公司对涉及到有豁免复函的放射源设备的使用，是否可以无需填写环评登记表或另外编制环评文件？

答：请向生产厂家核实该射线装置是否已报生态环境部进行豁免管理公告，经生态环境部豁免公告的射线装置可在全国范围内豁免管理。
