请问“排污许可证”是否要求每年进行年审？年审需要提交哪些资料？

根据《广东省排污许可证实施细则》第三十二条的要求，排污许可证管理实行年审制度。
持证单位应当按照排污许可证的颁发月份，在以后每年同一月份内向发证机关申请办理年审手续，并提交以下申请材料：
（一）《广东省排污许可证年度审核申请审批表》；
（二）排污许可证正、副本；
（三）法定环境监测机构出具的最近一年符合规定频次要求的污染物排放监测报告；
（四）年审管理需要的其它材料。
